Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. It seems to be reformed from not long ago, and that shows.
When I booked my room I told them about the possibility of having gluten-free products and lactose-free milk for breakfast (my wife is coeliac). They told me that there was no problem, that everything would be ready for that day. Our surprise was that when we went to breakfast there were no products for coeliacs, not even lactose-free milk (only soy drink). Urgently the girl who attended to us went to get us a roll. When she brought it to us, she couldn't even toast it, she just reheated it, I guess, in the microwave (it was soft). She practically left without having breakfast. Having paid 7 euros for it, the reception did not have the detail to return us the amount of that breakfast either. A disappointment. The quality of the hostel is not good. It is those small details that make one return or not to stay in a particular place.
hotel staff and cleanliness of my room
The breakfast was very good and staff spoke English and very helpful.
Accessibility, and ability to communicate with staff
being made welcome and nothing was any trouble
The place is clean and the staff are helpful. They even try to speak English.
Mostly, it's the noise next door. It's a pub or something like that. Loud music & people talking loud past 2 a.m in the morning. 2nd; no English breakfast. 3rd: limited and very poor choice of meal in the evening, and it doesn't start until 8 p.m.
Perfect for business in that area.I read that was described as an hostal but it is by all means a 3 star hotel and even superior, probably because it has been renovated.
